COVID-19 Information

Hearthside Updates: 

Information is changing rapidly and we are currently adapting our strategies to best fit the current situation with safety at our focus. 

  • In an effort to keep our community and ourselves safe, we are now resuming routine office visits on a limited schedule to minimize foot traffic at our office.  Patients and families will not be allowed to wait in the waiting room. 
  • We continue to offer tele-health visits when appropriate, which may be done by video conferencing or by phone. 
  • We encourage our patients to use the Elation Passport method to communicate for non-urgent issues, or refill requests. This helps reduce our time on the phone line, so that we can address more urgent matters. 
  • If you are a Hearthside Family Health member currently ill with a fever and cough, please call us so that we can best support you and your care. 
  • However it is Siobhan and Carrie's goal to help you and your family get thru this trying and unprecedented time.  We feel so lucky to be here for you.
